Toolbar Preferences - Setting Toolbar Position

Setting Toolbar Position

 

The RevWorks toolbar can be used free floating or docked to the top or bottom of the desktop display. When free floating the width of the toolbar can be adjusted to reduce its size to save space or enlarged to provide more message display room.

To Set the Toolbar Position

  1. Left click on the RevWorks toolbar and drag the toolbar to the desired position. If you drag the toolbar close to the top or bottom of the desktop the toolbar automatically docks to the desktop edge, or

    Note: You can undock the toolbar from an edge by left-clicking on the toolbar and dragging it to a new location.

    Note: If you want to float the toolbar close to the top or bottom edge of the desktop and avoid docking, hold down the Ctrl Key as you drag the toolbar.

  1. Right click on the RevWorks toolbar.

A pop up menu appears.

  1. From the Docking option, select one of the positions listed.

The RevWorks toolbar changes its position to the indicated location.

     Note: If you choose Float, the toolbar moves to  the most recently recorded floating location.
