How to Use the CADpad Mouse Feature

The first time you use the CADpad Mouse feature, you must set the coordinates for your active mouse area:

1. Click on the Mouse checkbox, then select Align.
   
   
2. The Mouse Alignment dialog will be displayed.
   
3. Set the corner locations for your Mouse pad (1,2,3) by touching the corners of the desired CADpad area on your desk or other surface with MicroScribe stylus and clicking the trigger button at each location. The area will auto scale the shortest leg of the alignment to match the fixed ratio of your desktop.
   
   
4. When finished, click OK. You will return to the CADpad tab. The indicator to the right of the button will be green, showing that alignment data for the CADpad is set. Click OK to accept the settings.
   
   
5. Ensure that the active window is the target application/software package for format string selected.
   
   
6. The next time you open MUS, the CADpad Startup Dialog will appear.
