Saving the Alignment Document
You can save changes and additions you make to an alignment document to preserve the information for later reuse. This makes it simple to create collections of alignments that are related to specific projects, digitizers, individual system users, or for any other reason that makes sense for your situation. Alignment Manager always remembers the name of the last alignment document used and loads it automatically the next time you use RevWorks.
