Opening an Existing Alignment Document
Alignment Manager allows you to create any number of alignment documents for later reuse. A list of the most recently used alignment documents is maintained so that you can easily open those that are most frequently used.
To Open a Recently Used Alignment Document
Right click on at the top of the alignment document tree.
The alignment document options pop-up menu appears.
Select Recent Files and from the list displayed select the alignment document you wish to open.

Note: The list of recent files is grayed if there are no recently used alignment files available. |
To Search for and Open Any Alignment Document
Right click on at the top of the alignment document tree.
The alignment document options pop-up menu appears.
Select Open… from the pop-up menu.
The standard windows file Open dialog appears.
Navigate to the location where the desired file is located and select the file.
Press Open to load the file.

Note: If the existing document has been modified you are asked if you are given the option to save the changes or cancel before the new document is opened. |
