Enabling Parametric Surface Generation
RevWorks can generate static reference surfaces or parametric surfaces. When the generation of parametric surface has been enabled, RevWorks automatically creates the set of section planes and sketch profiles necessary to generate a lofted surface and completes the lofting action. With parametric surface generation disabled, RevWorks generates static reference surfaces.
To Enable Parametric Surface Generation.

From the RevWorks toolbar, select
,
or select Options… from the RevWorks menu.
The Options dialog appears.

In the Surface tab, select Create Parametric Surface.
