How do I pack my MicroScribe for shipping to Revware?
Your MicroScribe should be packaged in its original shipping box and foam to avoid damage to the device during transit.
Include all MicroScribe accessories, such as: probes, USB cable, power supply, power cable, handswitch, and foot pedal.
Remove the probe from the stylus and package it with the accessories. Failure to remove the probe may damage both the probe and the MicroScribe arm.
