How do I know what Format String to use in MUS?
MUS has a list of Format Strings to choose from, these "strings" will format the XYZ data from the MicroScribe properly so that the application you are using is able to accept it. If you cant find the application you wish to use in the Format Strings tab, you may add your own format string. If you wish to create your own format string, the same method you use to manually input a point in the software will be the same method you write the string in MUS. See MUS Help for more information and step by step instructions on how to set up a custom format string.
