Using Datums - Copying Datums

Copying Datums

 

Datum items can be copied to create groups of similar, but individually unique Datums.

To Copy a Datum

  1. Access Alignment Manager

  2. Right click on the Datum item you wish to copy.

The Datum options pop-up menu appears.

  1. Select Copy.

A copy of the selected Datum is created and placed immediately below the source Datum with a default name.

    Note: Before the Datum can be used it must be measured.
