Starting RevWorks

 

To start RevWorks, start SOLIDWORKS. The RevWorks toolbar automatically displays, and the RevWorks menu appears within SOLIDWORKS. The active RevWorks options are automatically adjusted depending on whether or not a document is displayed and on the document type. RevWorks only supports SOLIDWORKS part and assembly documents. Only a very limited set of options are available when no document is open or when a drawing document is active.

The first time you run SOLIDWORKS after installing RevWorks you must enable RevWorks using the SOLIDWORKS Add-In Manager. When Enabling RevWorks, you can specify the SOLIDWORKS Add-In Manager to automatically start RevWorks each time you start SOLIDWORKS.

Note: If the RevWorks toolbar does not appear, RevWorks may not be enabled. See Enabling RevWorks.
